Additional Regulations
Last Updated: January 31, 2025
1. “No Anonymous Sign Up” Liability Policy
The Company provides communication and content delivery services with an advanced security and privacy system based on the principle of non-interference in the internal actions of Users. The Administration does not have access to the contents of correspondence and posted files, therefore, all responsibility for how the Service is used rests entirely with the User. The use of any anonymizing technologies when registering an account actually blurs the User’s responsibility and creates conditions for abuse. The Company does not provide services to users with blurred responsibility.
1.1. Principles of "No Anonymous Signup"
Openness of IP address during registration. When creating an account, the Service registers the user’s IP address. Concealing the real IP address during registration by substituting it for the IP addresses of public services that position themselves as “anonymous” by default implies malicious use of the service, since during registration, almost all such services are used for abuse. If it is discovered that the request goes through public VPNs, proxies, Tor nodes or other anonymizers, access to registration is blocked. Using VPN, proxy or TOR while using the service after registration is not prohibited and remains at the discretion of the user.
1.2. Exclusion of anonymity as a condition for confidentiality and privacy
This clause reflects the fundamental compromise necessary for the service to operate within the legal framework and ensure the protection of user data. The exclusion of anonymity is not a whim, but a necessity that allows the service to:
• Comply with laws and avoid blocking;
• Significantly reduce the number of requests from law enforcement agencies, which will reduce the maintenance of the legal staff and allow the released resources to be directed to the development of the project;
• Maintain privacy using pseudonymization, without requiring confirmation of identity with a document and all kinds of verifications;
• Ensure confidentiality using end-to-end encryption, which does not allow reading correspondence and viewing files;
• Protect users, the service itself and other services from fraud and abuse;
• Ensure stable operation of the infrastructure;
• Support the business model for long-term sustainability.
The compromise balances legal obligations, technical feasibility, and business survival, which in turn ensures that the service remains legal, functional, and profitable.
2. Account Verification and Restrictions
2.1. IP Reputation Restrictions and Account Verification
Our platform uses IP reputation services and our own databases to classify IP addresses based on past behavior, traffic volume, and security risks. Within 24 hours of successful registration, your account will be limited. If the IP has previously been associated with automated activity, spam, or fraudulent activity, the account will likely be marked as disabled or blocked.
2.2. How to avoid IP reputation issues?
To avoid blocking and ensure access to the platform, it is recommended to:
• Use reliable networks when registering: Register through trusted ISPs with a good reputation for their IP addresses;
• Do not register through public networks: Public Wi-Fi networks or open proxy servers, residential proxies are often associated with low IP reputation.
• Prepaid SIM cards of mobile operators: Try not to register through prepaid SIM cards, as they are very often used for residential proxies.
2.3. Troubleshooting and Access Restoration
If you believe that your account has been disabled or blocked in error, please
contact us via the form to resolve the issue. If you do not have access to your account in our system, please provide a different real email address (not disposable temporary email) in the form, otherwise your application will not be responded to. Please keep in mind that additional verification may be required.
3. Inactive Account Management Policy
3.1. Free accounts that have not shown activity (users have not logged into their account) for 180 days after registration go into inactive status.
3.2. Inactive accounts cannot either receive or send emails.
3.3. Account activation occurs after successful authorization and login to your account.
3.4. After 360 days of inactivity after registration, the account is blocked and access to it becomes impossible. Unblocking an account will cost the minimum plan price.
3.5. After 180 days from blocking, all information on the account is deleted and the record itself is deleted without the possibility of recovery.
3.6. After three years, the account name can be reused.
