This Privacy Policy forms part of the contract for Services under the Terms and Conditions of Beeble. Following policy refers to the service offered by, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, through the beeble.com website (the “Services”).
By visiting beeble.com and using the Services provided here, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. The Company reserves the right to periodically review and change this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify customers about changes to our policy. Continued use of the Service will be deemed as acceptance of such changes.

The Company is guided by the following principles when processing data:

Beeble may processing of personal data only to the extent necessary to use the services. To the needs of registration and the proper operation of the service, we may receive the name and surname, telephone number and email address (other than in Beeble). In the case of paid services, we can process your personal data such as address and bank account details. Beeble will not transfer any of your personal data to third parties

• E-mail: For the initiation of a contractual relationship and for service provision, the Company collect the newly registered email address as inventory data. This inventory data is processed for the performance of the contract with the customer according to Art. 6 GDPR 1. b);

• Place of work and position: Not collected;
• Personal photo: Not collected;
• Identifiers such as passport number, social security number, tax ID, driver’s license number, etc.: Not collected.
Data that allows a person to be identified in the digital environment:
• IP addresses: In order to maintain operations, for prevention of abuse and for visitors analysis, IP addresses of users are processed. Storage only takes place for IP addresses made anonymous which are therefore not personal data. This processing takes place for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (the Company) according to Art. 6 GDPR 1. f);
• Cookies: Not collected, not used in the operation of the service;
• All types of unique device identifiers: Not collected;
• Log files, metadata about the user’s actions on the Internet: Not collected.
Personal data related to finances, such as:
• Bank card numbers: Not collected, processed by a licensed payment provider that ensures security and compliance with all applicable legal requirements, including GDPR;

4. Use and Storage of Data
4.1. Purposes of data processingPersonal data is used solely for:

This content data is voluntarily entered into by the customer. When signing up for a Beeble account, you give consent to the processing of this data. This data can be deleted by the user. Storage takes place for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (the Company) according to Art. 6 GDPR 1. f)
4.4. Data encryption
The processing of personal data takes place in an automated manner. All personal data is kept secure by the Company and thus protected from unauthorized access. All user data is encrypted for the user and its communication partners in a way that even Company has no access to the data. The Company have special technical and organizational measures in place which protect your data best possible, to ensure a level of security appropriate to that risk, including, as appropriate, the measures referred to in Art. 32(1) GDPR.

5.1. Compliance with Data Protection RegulationsThe processing of personal data is carried out in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local data protection laws.

Our website allows users to contact us via email: privacy@beeble.com or a contact form, during which personal data is provided voluntarily. This information is stored automatically and used solely to address the inquiry and maintain communication.

Under no circumstances will personal data, including email addresses, be shared with third parties unless legally required, such as in response to a valid court order or relevant law enforcement order to produce a document.

Beeble never trades or monetizes user data and ensures all personal information is safeguarded from unauthorized disclosure.
