Beeble may processing of personal data only to the extent necessary to use the services. To the needs of registration and the proper operation of the service, we may receive the name and surname, telephone number and email address (other than in Beeble). In the case of paid services, we can process your personal data such as address and bank account details. Beeble will not transfer any of your personal data to third parties.
The processing of personal data takes place in an automated manner. All personal data is kept secure by the Company and thus protected from unauthorized access. All user data is stored end-to-end encrypted, the Company have special technical and organizational measures in place which protect your data best possible, to ensure a level of security appropriate to that risk, including, as appropriate, the measures referred to in Art. 32(1) GDPR.
For the initiation of a contractual relationship and for service provision, the Company collect the newly registered email address as inventory data. This inventory data is processed for the performance of the contract with the customer according to Art. 6 GDPR 1. b)
The Company provides services for saving, editing, presentation and electronic transmission of data, such as email service, contact management and data storage. This content data is voluntarily entered into by the customer. When signing up for a Beeble account, you give consent to the processing of this data. All user data is encrypted for the user and its communication partners in a way that even Company has no access to the data. This data can be deleted by the user. Storage takes place for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (the Company) according to Art. 6 GDPR 1. f).
In order to maintain operations, for prevention of abuse and for visitors analysis, IP addresses of users are processed. Storage only takes place for IP addresses made anonymous which are therefore not personal data. This processing takes place for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (the Company) according to Art. 6 GDPR 1. f).
The Company will not disclose your personal data including your email address to third parties. However, we can be legally bound to provide some identification data (only in case of a valid court order) and inventory data to prosecution services – we can only disclose data used during registration process. Beeble will be never trade with yours data.
We keep some data until you delete your Beeble account. Some data we retain for longer periods of time when necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes, such as security, fraud and abuse prevention. For example, when Beeble is processing your payment or when you make a payment to Beeble, we store this data for a longer period for tax and accounting purposes.
Customer communications with the Company, such as support requests, bug reports, or feature requests may be saved by our staff. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest to troubleshoot more efficiently and improve the quality of the Services. We also have access to the following records of account activity, for example: number of messages sent, amount of storage space used, total number of messages, last login time.
Insofar that customer have given us consent to process his/her personal data, we would like to point out that user can withdraw his/her consent for the future at any time. Upon request the Company will inform you about the data we have stored about you free of charge. In addition we are obliged to delete, to correct or to restrict processing of the data stored about you upon request authorities. You can make use of your right to data portability by exporting your personal data stored with us.
